Lutech completed the acquisition of Finance Evolution, a Turin company with a distinctive focus on the Finance sector which, with Business Process Consulting services, supports over 30 clients including Italian and foreign banks (present on the domestic and international market) and others financial operators.

Musy Bianco Associati Law firm assisted the Sellers in negotiating and drafting the sale and purchase agreement of the entire paid in capital of Finance Evolution. The team consisted of Paolo Bianco (Senior Partner) and Giovanni Caia (Associate). In addition to the usual M&A competence, there has been specific assistance on the collateral security package to be provided to the purchaser.
