Agrifood Abruzzo acquired by D’Arta
D'Arta NV - Belgium based company leader in the field of frozen products (vegetables, fruit and derivatives) -purchased the entire stake in Agrifood Abruzzo, a company headquartered in Montichiari (BS), one of the leading Italian players in the agri-food sector.
The legal assistance to the seller was provided by the Law Firm Amato Matera & Associati of Brescia through the lawyer partners Giuseppe Amato and Ambra De Domenico .
Thanks to this acquisition D’Arta N.Vv increases its production of quality agricultural products, also strengthening its position in the Italian and European market.
