BlackPeak Capital’s Acquisition of a Stake in Telelink Bulgaria

With this investment in Telelink Bulgaria, one of the country’s most notable telecom and critical infrastructure providers, BlackPeak Capital will help to further the firm’s rapid growth through organic and M&A initiatives throughout Europe.

Gugushev & Partners advised BlackPeak Capital throughout the acquisition process, acting as lead counsel and coordinating the efforts of all foreign law firms involved in the creation of the due diligence report. The firm also led the drafting and negotiation of the Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement, as well as the necessary transaction documents, working in synergy across multiple teams. The deal was multijurisdictional, requiring intricate knowledge of M&A law.
