Calida Group’s Acquisition of Erlich Textil
MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep AG (MLL) has advised Switzerland-based global lingerie retailer Calida Group on its acquisition of sustainable direct-to-consumer German lingerie brand Erlich Textil.
Founded in 2016, Erlich Textil manufactures underwear products in Europe using high-quality textiles made from organic and renewable materials. Its acquisition expands Calida Group’s offerings in the underwear market and furthers its growth in eCommerce and sustainability.
MLL advised Calida Group as lead counsel. The MLL team was led by partner Andrea Sieber (M&A) and comprised partners Peter Schramm (IP) and Michael Reinle (ICT) in addition to associates Marco Fusi (M&A), Philipp Falk (M&A) and Andrea Schäffler (IP).
