The Acquisition of Maspica by Delta Plus
Tonucci & Partners advised Delta Plus Group S.A. on its acquisition of the entire share capital of Maspica S.p.A. for an undisclosed sum. A team from Adacta advised the seller.
Delta Plus Group is a French company listed with Paris Euronext that specialises in manufacturing and distributing personal protection material to businesses.
Maspica is an Italian firm that designs and manufactures safety shoes under the Sixton Peak brand. Maspica employs 550 people in Europe and Albania and enjoyed a turnover of €32.3 million in 2020. Its projected turnover for 2021 stands at around €38 million.
