Bocel’s Investment in Grupo Solufi

Grupo Solufi is a Mexican company that specialises in the leasing of motor vehicles for individuals and SMEs. Bocel’s investment, which was carried out through the issuance of shares representing the capital stock of Grupo Solufi and the granting of a convertible loan, will help the firm to expand its presence in the market and improve its services for clients.
The transaction closed successfully on 28 February 2023.
