Keymex France raises 1.6 million euros from private investors

Keymex France is a franchisor of a new real estate agency concept; they recently finalised their first fundraising of 1.6 million euros from private investors.
To meet the new requirements of the real estate market, Frédéric Simon decided to launch KEYMEX by proposing a global approach to the business, resolutely oriented towards global services. Far from the traditional real estate agency, the KEYMEX network is a revolution in the sector, by offering real estate agents and agencies all the services they need for their activities: real estate transaction centre and a training centre.
This fundraising aims to accelerate the deployment of the franchise throughout France, by means of a media / digital communication strategy and the development of services to franchisees.
