The deal has been made through BM S.p.A., one of the Beta Group companies. RaffaelliSegreti Studio Legale assisted the seller. Helvi is a company based in Sandrigo (VI), Italy, which manufactures industrial welding machines, plasma cutting machines, professional battery chargers and accessories. This acquisition will expand the offer of the Beta Group, leader in the production and marketing of tools and equipment to be used in the mechanical, industrial maintenance, and car repair sectors.
