VDKGroep AcquiresAA Installatietechniek Nederland About the Deal Kruger Corporate Finance advised AA Installatietechniek Nederland (AA), a Dutch technical installation company, on its acquisition by VDK Groep. Meijburg & Co and DVDW Advocates advised on tax and corporate matters respectively. Over its 25 years of operation, AA has become a successful total installer in the non-residential building industry, achieving continuous expansion through a customer-oriented and direct approach. Its services range from advice, design, project supervision and installation of components to complete control systems. VDK Groep is a Dutch portfolio company of EMK Capital, a UK-based private equity fund. The company employs a buyand-build strategy and has made numerous acquisitions in recent years. Its acquisition of AA Installatietechniek Nederland was announced and closed on 20 October. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Kruger Corporate Finance advised on the acquisition with a team comprising partner Cornee de Kluyver and consultant Lisa Kuiken.
