Studio Legale Associato Cappuccilli assisted Europa Investimenti Spa. KPMG and CFI Advisors have been involved in financial advice. The process, which has included roughly €70 million worth of restructured debts, was pursuant to Italy’s Article 67 bankruptcy law. In its first phase, the recovery plans for each of the 12 companies within the group were fine-tuned, connected and correlated. The second phase saw the finalisation of the transfer of the shares of 10 of these companies to the SGT ACO Umbrella Italy Fund. Studio Legale Ranchino, which usually advise banks, financial intermediaries and investment funds focused in distressed, supported the Arrow Global companies Europa Investimenti and Sagitta SGR, who acted on the transaction.
