This concludes a sales process that began in 2019 and has involved 43 major Italian and international real estate operators. Apollo Global Management is a global leader in alternative investment management with assets of approximately $498 billion as of 31 December 2021. These assets are divided across private equity, credit and real assets funds. The Project Dream portfolio comprises 68 properties. These primarily consist of office buildings located in Rome and Lombardy, though the portfolio also includes several hospitality, logistics and residential properties, the latter of which are mainly located in Milan and the hinterland.
