HELPE Renewables is a wholly owned subsidiary of listed entity Hellenic Petroleum Holdings SA. Hellenic Petroleum Group is a leader in the energy sector in Greece and the greater South-East Europe area. Trina Solar International System Business Unit (“ISBU”) is a global leader in solar products and energy solutions. Currently active in more than 15 countries, Trina Solar has connected over 5.5 GW worth of solar projects to the worldwide energy grid as of 30 June 2021. The PV projects involved in the sale are located in Greece’s Viotia region and boast a total volume of around 16 MW. Each was commissioned by Trina Solar between 2013 and 2014 and have a strong track record of performance following their interconnection.
