Founded in 2016, Erlich Textil manufactures underwear products in Europe using high-quality textiles made from organic and renewable materials. Its acquisition expands Calida Group’s offerings in the underwear market and furthers its growth in eCommerce and sustainability. MLL advised Calida Group as lead counsel.
