In addition to speaking with many of our readers face-to-face, I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with both Robert Rinder on the UK’s legal aid crisis and Alexandra Marks on her remarkable career development from solicitor to deputy high court judge. Both of these interviews can be found in this month’s edition, and they are well worth a read. Following the success of last month’s Intellectual Property focus, this December edition also features a spotlight on mediation and arbitration.
