Simultaneously, Fincos also sold the share capital of the company to which the hotel business branch relating to the buildings was transferred. Quinta Capital sgr was advised on the acquisition by Campoccia Avvocati Associati with a team comprising partner Stefano Campoccia and associate Irene Pirelli Marti . The buyer was also advised by the Vienna firm. The seller was advised by teams from Carnelutti Law Firm and Tremonti Romagnoli Picccardi e Associati.
