Following the recent arrival of partners Richard Keady and Robert Rhoda and their team from Bird & Bird, Allan's appointment, as a Partner, will further strengthen the firm's expertise and capabilities in commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining the firm, Allan was a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice of Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong and had been the Office Managing Partner for a number of years. Allan has over 30 years of experience dealing in a broad range of dispute work. He is widely recognised and named in a number of legal directories as an outstanding litigator. Toby began his career at Clifford Chance's London office in 2006, and worked in the firm's Infrastructure and Private Equity practice for ten years, where he specialised in infrastructure transactions and cross-border M&A. During this time, he also spent three years in the firm's Tokyo office, advising on M&A transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. In 2016, Toby joined OMERS Infrastructure in London as Director, Legal where he provides legal advice and support on new investment opportunities, the management of infrastructure assets across Europe, and third-party capital-raise efforts.
