The properties involved in the transaction were two residential and commercial buildings in Mathiasstraße, in a central inner-city location in the city of Cologne with a combined rental area of around 2,200sqm. The two connected buildings boast a total of 28 residential and four commercial units, which are currently fully let. The buildings were purchased at an undisclosed price for the special ‘Deutsche Investment – Wohnen Deutschland I’ alternative investment fund.
