VDK Groep is a Dutch portfolio company of EMK Capital, a UK-based private equity fund. The company employs a buy-and-build strategy and has made numerous acquisitions in recent years. Its acquisition of AA Installatietechniek Nederland was announced and closed on 20 October. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
