The issuance optimises the Bank’s capital structure and is a key milestone in the implementation of the Bank’s strategic plan. The Tier 2 bond, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, has a 10-year maturity callable after five years at a yield of 4.25%. The transaction was completed in February 2021.
