The General Budget of the Nation (PGN) for the fiscal year 2020 foresees resources for investments financed with public credit for the amount of USD 1,145 million. These resources will come from multilateral loans previously approved and from the issuance of bonds. The banks that accompanied this issue are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Itaú BBA.
