Esa Kuokka, a logistics company based in Finland specialising in distribution of chilled and refrigerated goods, announced an agreement to where they will be selling the entire share capital to Juuri Partners, a private equity firm. The financial details have not yet been disclosed.
KPMG Transaction Services acted as the provider of financial & tax due diligence to Juuri Partners Oy on their acquisition of Esa Kuokka Oy.
The team were led by Kalle Nurminen, Partner at KPMG Deal Advisory. Samuli Korhonen acted as an engagement manager and Jyrki Holla as Tax Partner.
KPMG’s team included Transaction Services and M&A Tax professionals with extensive experience in respect of complex financial and confirmative due diligences, the analysis of available financials, as well as analysing potential tax implications.
