Hogan Lovells to shut down 3 offices.

Hogan Lovells plans to close its offices in Johannesburg, Sydney, and Warsaw to focus on “strategic markets.”

"Closing these 3 offices was a difficult decision, but one that was needed so that we can continue our path to achieve transformational growth and drive greater success – particularly in London, New York, California, Texas, Washington, D.C., and key international markets. We are deeply grateful to our colleagues in Johannesburg, Sydney and Warsaw for all their contributions to the firm and we are committed to supporting them through this process." said Hogan Lovells CEO Miguel Zaldivar.

Hogan Lovells is an American-British law firm co-headquartered in London and Washington, DC. The company was established in 2010 by the merger of the American law firm Hogan & Hartson and the British law firm Lovells. By 2022 the firm employed about 2,500 lawyers, ranking it as the sixth largest law firm globally.
