Clifford Chance - Bas Boris Visser Dies Unexpectedly
Bas Boris Visser, who held the position of global head of innovation at the firm, had twice assumed the role of managing partner in Amsterdam throughout his extensive career with the U.K. firm. The firm did not specify a cause of death. His passing was announced merely days after Clifford Chance experienced the loss of another partner, Christopher Morvillo, who was accompanying billionaire client Mike Lynch when his yacht tragically sank in a sudden storm off the coast of Sicily.
