A New Shareholder Enters Me Food Srl Bowls and More
Villa Roveda e Associati advised Me Food Srl on the increase of its share capital and on its entry into the structure of a new financing partner who secured over 13% of its business.
The €1 million worth of new capital raised by the entry of a new shareholder will allow Me Food to establish two new restaurants in the Milan area under the name Bowls and More, a Milanese casual dining brand that is part of Me Food’s portfolio. The two new restaurants will add to the nine that Me Food already operates in the city, forming the next step of its two-year plan for expansion.
Villa Roveda e Associati advised Me Food with a team led by managing partner Emiliano Villa. The team assisted the company on all corporate, legal and tax aspects relating to the capital increase and the entry of the new shareholder.
