Sensient’s Acquisition of Endemix
Paksoy advised Sensient Technologies Corporation on its acquisition of Endemix Doğal Maddeler A.Ş, a vertically integrated natural colour and extracts company based in Turkey with a presence in the food and beverage markets.
Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sensient is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colours, flavours and other specialty ingredients. The firm’s cutting-edge technologies and robust global supply chain capabilities enable it to to develop specialised solutions for food and beverages, in addition to a range of products used within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and personal care industries. Sensient serves both SMEs and major international manufacturers, including some of the best-known brands in the world.
Endemix works with multinational corporations in Turkey and sells to customers across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Its acquisition will enable Sensient to expand its already robust natural colour portfolio capabilities and bring it into closer proximity with key botanical growing areas.
Paksoy acted as Turkish counsel to Sensient with a team led by partner Togan Turan together with senior associate Zeynep Toma and associate Deniz Benli.
