Partou is a group of Dutch childcare organisations that are owned by Waterland Private Equity. With this acquisition of Kindervilla Wereld Group, another childcare organisation based in the Netherlands, Partou bolsters its presence in the west of the country. Kindervilla also stands to gain a stable base for its future growth through utilisation of Partou’s expertise and operations scale.
The value of the deal, which was completed on 30 September, was not disclosed.
