Team4U is the owner of Simapka, a mobile application that enables its users to register SIM cards, buy gift cards and credit top-ups, transfer phone numbers between operators and tap into financial services including loans and insurance.
Polskie ePlatnosci is a subsidiary of Nexi Group and a payment card operator with operations across Europe. With its acquisition of Simapka, the company will increase its ability to provide clients with modern mobile technologies and a greater range of Android services, further diversifying its income streams. Polskie ePlatnosci vice-president of M&A Monika Gaszewska stated the company’s intention to “build an ecosystem in which payment will be only one of many elements”.
