SORAVIA’s Acquisition of Interests in Hospiz am Arlberg
Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) advised SORAVIA on the acquisition of interests in the renowned Hospiz am Arlberg, a hotel situated at the top of the Arlberg pass in Austria. The deal was closed on 7 February 2022.
fwp’s consultancy activities on the project centred around a complex transaction which required the consideration of many aspects of corporate and M&A law. SORAVIA also called upon fwp’s support in cartel and antitrust law and public law.
fwp advised on corporate and M&A matters in a team comprising partner Markus Fellner and attorneys Roswitha Seekirchner and Peter Stiegler and associates Mario Burger and Martin Navara. Cartel and antitrust law matters were handled by partner Lukas Flener and attorney Elisa Maria Kaplenig, while public law matters were handled by partner Michael Hecht and attorney Josef Peer.
