Ellab is a global leader in the provision of validation, monitoring and calibration solutions and services to life science and food manufacturing companies. Through its acquisition of Clover, a company that supports organisations in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, food and cosmetic sectors, it intends to accelerate its expansion into Italy.
As part of the acquisition, Clover owner and director Gabriele Sardini will remain on the staff as head of Ellab Italia’s validation and consulting services.
