TISSL Has Been Acquired by the ClearCourse Partnership

Milton Keynes-based TISSL, a supplier of point of sale services to the hospitality industry, has been acquired by the ClearCourse Partnership.

TISSL was founded in 2003 and now supplies roughly a third of all Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, with further customers in Hong Kong, Canada, the US, UAE and Saudi Arabia. TISSL’s higher-profile UK customers include brands such as The Fat Duck and Gordon Ramsey Group.

TISSL will join ClearCourse’s retail division, with company founder Kevin Coetzee slated to retire and pass on the role of managing director to Sam Peterson, formerly finance director of TISSL. By joining ClearCourse, TISSL is expected to gain further avenues for sharing its knowledge and expertise with other brands in the retail and hospitality sectors. There will also be an opportunity for TISSL to work with other ClearCourse companies, such as Giftpro, which operate within these sectors.

Mackrell Solicitors and Kingsbrook advised TISSL on the transaction. Squire Patton Boggs and MHA MacIntyre Hudson advised ClearCourse.
