Villa Roveda e Associati assisted Lievità with a team comprising of Partner Angela Roveda, together with Associate Filippo De Bartolomeis, in charge of the legal aspects and of Managing Partner Emiliano Villa, together with Associate Niccolò Treppo, in charge of the fiscal aspects.
The Milan-based format’s goal is to raise up to one million euros through crowdfunding by the end of the year. The capital increase is aimed to consolidate its presence in Milan, where it already has four restaurants, as well as to expand to other cities in northern Italy.
