Amishi Consumer Technologies, the parent company that operates mother and baby care brand The Moms Co, has raised $8 million.

Amishi Consumer Technologies, the parent company that operates mother and baby care brand The Moms Co, has raised $8 million (Rs 58.4 crore at current exchange rates) in a Series B round of funding led by its existing investors Saama Capital and DSG Consumer Partners.

AP & Partners acted as company counsel to Amishi Consumer Technologies, which operates The Moms Co. The AP & Partners team comprised of Partner Moksha Bhat and Associate Suchita Vyas.

Samvad Partners advised Saama Capital and DSG Consumer Partners led by a team of Partner Nivedita Nivargi and Associate Nikhil Cherian.

This is the third round of funding for The Moms Co., said a company statement, “With the infusion from the round, The Moms Co aims to reach 5 million consumers to become one of India’s fastest D2C brands to reach the ₹100-crore mark.”
