Listing on the stock exchange for Fabilia Group
The Accolla e Associati Law Firm, with its partner Avv. Silvia Castellari, assists Fabilia Group in the implementation of the company crimes compliance model aimed at listing on the Stock Exchange.
On the occasion of the recent start of operations for the listing on the Italian Stock Exchange, Fabilia Group entrusted the Accolla e Associati Law Firm the realization of the company crimes compliance model and the management of an effective internal compliance system. Fabilia Group, a chain of Family Hotels & Resorts specializing in exclusive holidays for families with children, was founded in Milano Marittima in 2013 and manages, to date, ten receptive structures with a business model based on the format “only family with kids”.
The white-collar crimes, corporate crimes department led by Avv. Silvia Castellari assisted Fabilia Group in the realization of company crimes compliance model and the provision of business protocols and procedures to oversee processes at risk of commissioning crimes.
The department also assisted the group in reopening its facilities, preparing and following the implementation of the regulatory protocols for measures to combat and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
