Currell acquired by Savills

The sale of the company to Savills will allow Currell to expand its reach and take advantage of Savills’ established position as one of the leading real estate firms worldwide. For Savills, Currell’s expertise and reputation in providing first-class real estate services in East London will allow the firm to respond to client demand across a broader stretch of the capital, as the region continues to undergo rapid growth.

The team guided Currell’s shareholders through the entire process from preliminary negotiation, through heads of terms, to execution of sale documents.
