Bolt Burdon Kemp's first Solicitor Advocate

David McClenaghan, Solicitor at personal injury firm Bolt Burdon Kemp specialising in bringing compensation claims on behalf of victims of child abuse, has been awarded Higher Rights of Audience by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and has become Bolt Burdon Kemp’s first Solicitor Advocate in the process.
In January 2012, David successfully undertook the Solicitor Regulation Authority’s training and assessment programme and as a result of the award, can now appear in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court on behalf of his clients.
David said: “I am delighted to have been awarded Higher Rights of Audience and I look forward to representing my clients at every stage of their cases, from the very first telephone call through to the final hearing.”
