International Workplace Group’s Coworking Project in Gdansk

IWG Group are due to launch Gdańsk’s first Tri-City’s coworking office in the Wave office building developed by Skanska; they were supported by DWF in negotiations and the conclusion of the lease agreement. DPPA supported Skanska.

International Workplace Group (IWG plc) is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace operating in over 120 countries and 1,100 cities worldwide. In Poland, under the Spaces brand, the company provides office space in Warsaw, Cracow and Wrocław and is expanding its portfolio to include Gdańsk next year.

Skanska is one of the world’s leading companies in construction and project development. With its 38,000 employees in Europe and the United States, it participates in the most innovative undertakings and is working on 10,000 projects worldwide.

Joanna Wojnarowska, Head of Real Estate at DWF in Poland, led the deal, alongside Senior Associates Weronika Roesler and Ewa Lewandowska.

DPPA Legal’s team included Partner Marcin Swidnicki and Senior Associate Anna Zalewska.
