Creation of FIDAL Fiducie, a law firm dedicated to trusts

The newly created firm, FIDAL Fiducie, is the first of its kind and scale in the landscape of business law firms in France. FIDAL, a pioneer in devising service offerings that are complementary to its legal and tax advisory and litigation practices, has innovated once again by offering its 80,000 clients the possibility of being assisted by a firm specialized in trusts. Our clients will thus benefit from the complementarity between FIDAL, whose lawyers can advise them on trust transactions, and FIDAL Fiducie, fully dedicated to this innovative and fast-evolving legal instrument.

FIDAL Fiducie is headed by its President Bruno Berger-Perrin, a lawyer specialized in litigation and corporate recovery & insolvency. Former President of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, former member of the French National Bars Council, former President of the European Bars Federation and member of the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris, Bruno Berger-Perrin joined Fidal in 1997 to lead the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
