Heenan Paris strengthens its offer with Pierre Sultans appointment as new partner in Public law

Pierre Sultan is a Public Law specialist whose practice includes advice and litigation in the context of public law contracts (such as PPP and complex administrative contracts), regulatory issues, Environment Law and Energy Law, in particular regarding renewable energy projects (onshore wind, PV solar, cogeneration of electricity, marine energy). For over 10 years, he has been working with both French and international companies, state owned entities and financial organizations on legal issues related to major infrastructure projects, in particular under public-private partnerships. As a partner at Heenan Paris, he is in charge of the Public Law department.
