De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advises Amarenco Solar

Amarenco Solar, an Irish company specialising in the field of solar energy, closed its first investment in France via the acquisition of Centrale Photovoltaïque de la Garrigue that holds a ground-mounted solar power plant with approximately 12MW of capacity. This power plant, located in Avignon, has been operational since August 2013 and was established by Sybac Solar GmbH, a leading developer and manufacturer of solar energy in Europe.

The total asset value amounts to approximately € 19 million and financing is provided by the German bank, Landesbank Saar.

De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Sylvie Perrin, Nicolas Chazarain and Gaïa Witz) advised Amarenco Solar.

Amarenco Solar was also advised by Arthur Cox in Dublin, particularly in the context of fundraising with Irish investors and by KPMG with regards to accounting and cross border tax aspects.

Sybac Solar GmbH was advised by Adamas law firm and Landesbank Saar was advised by Lasaygues & Associés notary public.
