Norton Rose Fulbright grows global oil and gas M&A team

Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Geoff Peters as a partner in its energy M&A team.

Simon Currie, global head of energy comments:

“We have a leading global oil and gas practice, recently bolstered with the extensive experience of our colleagues in the US. We now have offices in every major oil and gas market and Geoff’s arrival will help us further strengthen our M&A offering for our global clients.”

Geoff will be based in London and has extensive knowledge of the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors, with over fifteen years’ experience of working with multinational oil and gas majors, national oil companies and large and small independents. He has completed M&A transactions in a number of regions including Russia, Canada, Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia.
