David B. Lambert’s practice includes all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development and real estate secured finance of office, data center, retail, and industrial properties. His experience includes extensive representation of both landlords and tenants in office, data center, retail, and industrial leases, and in lease workouts/restructurings. In addition, Mr. Lambert provides ongoing counsel to property owners regarding brokerage agreements, management and service contracts and operational issues, and has particular expertise with respect to acquisition, development and leasing of data center properties and build-to-suit lease transactions. Mr. Lambert received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola Law School, a Master of Arts in Economics from California State University, Long Beach, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering summa cum laude from Clemson University. Mr. Lambert is also a registered civil engineer and worked as a civil engineer for ten years before beginning his legal career.
Elisa L. Paster represents developers, land owners, investors and municipal governments in all aspects of land use and entitlement matters. She has a wide range of urban entitlement experience, including representation of a major downtown Los Angeles landowner in a zone change and site plan application, CEQA compliance and negotiation of specific plan entitlements for a mixed-use facility adjacent to a Metro Station. Ms. Paster obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of New Mexico (Order of the Coif), her Master of Science degree in Urban Planning at the University College of London, Bartlett School of Architecture, and her bachelor’s degree at Bryn Mawr College.
Peter E. Swain primarily represents entrepreneurs and private equity funds in business transactions and commercial real estate ventures, purchases, sales, financings and workouts. He obtained his law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
Kevin M. Yopp focuses his practice exclusively on litigation in both trial and appellate courts. He represents major corporations and executives in complex business disputes, and has served as lead counsel in a multimillion-dollar litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Yopp has also successfully represented property owners in cases against local governments. He obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine after serving in the United States Army.
