Susan Crichton joins TSB Bank Plc as General Counsel

TSB Bank Plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Susan Crichton as General Counsel.

Susan will join TSB on 6 January 2014 and will lead the Bank’s legal function as it moves towards an initial public offering (IPO).

Susan has over 20 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer, with the majority of that time spent in the financial services sector working in a range of organisations including GE Money and Skandia / Old Mutual.

Prior to joining TSB, Susan held the position of General Counsel at the Post Office where she played a key role in its separation from Royal Mail.

Commenting on her appointment, Paul Pester, Chief Executive of TSB Bank Plc, said: “I am delighted to welcome Susan to TSB.  Susan has extensive experience in financial services and her knowledge  will be invaluable to us as we move TSB towards floatation and beyond.”
