Winckworth Sherwood strengthens Corporate team with new partner

Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened its Corporate and Commercial team with the appointment of a new partner. Xuan Pollard joined Winckworth Sherwood on 16 September from Mayfair law firm Gordon Dadds, where she was a partner in its Corporate and Commercial team.
Xuan brings to the firm considerable experience and expertise in the retail, property investment and recruitment sectors. She is a bilingual lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, structuring start-ups, private equity investments, joint ventures and cross border work. Her clients include high net worth individuals, the owners and management teams of SMEs and asset-holding trusts and offshore companies.
On joining Winckworth Sherwood, Xuan Pollard said: “Winckworth Sherwood has a rapidly expanding Corporate and Commercial team and a terrific client base. In June this year, partner John Hiscock joined Winckworth Sherwood’s Corporate and Commercial team from Davenport Lyons. He was joined by solicitor John Parpounas-Matossian who had previously worked at Watson, Farley & Williams and Clifford Chance.
