K&L Gates Represents Hitachi Consulting in Acquisition of Celerant Consulting

Lawyers from K&L Gates LLP recently represented Hitachi Consulting, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. and a leading provider of IT consulting and management consulting solutions and services, on the acquisition of Celerant Consulting, a global leader in business operations consulting. The K&L Gates team was led by London corporate partner Paul Tetlow (pictured) with support from London corporate senior associate Tom Wallace, London partner Ian Fraser (tax and employee compensation), London senior associate Frank Thompson (warranty and indemnity insurance policy), and Washington, D.C., partner Mike O’Neil (U.S. federal filings).
The strategic acquisition will further strengthen Hitachi Consulting’s ability to deliver a complete range of strategy, implementation, and technology services for businesses around the globe, as well as provide access to Celerant Consulting’s client base across 57 countries. Celerant has offices throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
