First Advantage Litigation Consulting expands German operations

First Advantage Litigation Consulting, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company and global leader in eDiscovery software and services, recently announced the opening of its new office and data centre located at Bockenheimer Landstrasse 17/19, 60325 Frankfurt. First Advantage Litigation Consulting which has been operating in Munich since 2007, has staffed the Frankfurt office to meet, growing customer demand and to satisfy German data protection requirements.

Operations in both Frankfurt and Munich will be run by Adam Pollitt (pictured), Senior Vice President at First Advantage Litigation Consulting, whose broad expertise includes electronic evidence recovery, database design, and the application of technology to complex civil litigation, antitrust, and arbitration matters. Adam Pollitt has worked on projects throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.  Qualified German solicitor (Rechtsanwalt) and First Advantage Regional Director Michael Becker will lead the firm’s business development efforts.  Michael Becker, who has worked at several global law firms, specializes in anti-corruption and regulatory matters and is an expert on European data protection.
