Boodle Hatfield high achievers join Private Client Practitioner Top 35 Under 35

Katie O’Callaghan and Mark Lindley (pictured) from private client law firm Boodle Hatfield LLP have been named in the definitive annual list of young private client practitioners.
Top 35 Under 35, published by Private Client Practitioner, identifies young men and women who are likely to be at the forefront of the private client world in the future.

Katie O’Callaghan is a solicitor in Boodle Hatfield’s highly regarded family team. She is expert in advising high-net worth individuals in respect of financially complex divorces and civil partnership dissolutions. For the past 2 years, Katie has represented her actor client, Don Gallagher, in the first ever reported civil partnership financial relief case to reach the High Court and subsequently the Court of Appeal.
Mark Lindley specialises in advising clients on contentious trust, tax and estates matters. A member of Boodle Hatfield LLP’s award winning Contentious Trusts & Estates Team, Mark is currently advising on a number of high-value cases including assisting with an ongoing offshore trust dispute relating to a multi-billion pound family business, and several multi-million pound disputed inheritance claims.
