Loyens & Loeff boosts its energy practice with the arrival of Elisabetta Aarts

Elisabetta Aarts, attorney at law, is to join the energy practice group of Loyens & Loeff on 1 September 2012. Elisabetta Aarts advises and litigates on behalf of an extensive group of national and international clients in the energy sector in the framework of energy projects, energy contracts, M&A and financing transactions. Her arrival will strengthen Loyens & Loeff’s top position in the energy sector.

 

Elisabetta Aarts has been practicing law since 1992, and her name is renowned in the energy sector. For years, she has been ranked as top specialist in the area of Energy Law in the leading guides on legal services, such as the Chambers and Partners directory (Band 1). In her role as attorney, she has helped structure the current national energy landscape.
