SNR Denton today (19th June) announced financial results for its EMEA region for its 2011/12 financial year that are marked by a substantial improvement in profitability over last year.  The unaudited financial results report that SNR Denton UK LLP achieved Profit per Equity Partner (PEP) of £350k – a 48% increase over last year – and a profit of £28 million – a 38% increase over last year – on revenues of £145 million.

“Our primary goal for the past year was to achieve a material improvement in our performance, while continuing to deliver excellent client service – and we accomplished that in the midst of a particularly challenging economic environment,” said Matthew Jones (pictured), EMEA Chief Executive for SNR Denton.  “We have successfully introduced greater efficiencies in our operations and our service delivery.  We have also intensified our focus on integrating sector knowledge, geographic reach and service line expertise for the benefit of our clients and have continued to see increasing examples of the combination that created SNR Denton in 2010 enabling us to attract new clients, work and lateral recruits.

In the year ahead, we will continue to focus on growing our business and enhancing our profitability by serving our clients better, attracting more talented lawyers and increasing our revenue. We believe these results are a substantial step forward and lay the groundwork for future growth and success.”

Elliott Portnoy, SNR Denton’s Global Chief Executive added, “These results evidence the strong leadership and hard work demonstrated by our EMEA management team  and partners to build both efficiency and quality into the services we offer our clients.  As SNR Denton continues to move forward, the advantages we envisioned being able to offer our clients – high-quality, innovative legal services delivered wherever our clients have need, by a deep bench of experts – are increasingly a reality .  Ultimately, our success as a firm will be a reflection of the confidence our clients demonstrate in how we serve them.”
