The Red Flag Group, a leader in corporate governance and compliance, has named Adrian McBride as Executive Director and Vice President, responsible for the firm’s expansion strategy.
McBride moves into this role from a non-executive position within The Red Flag Group, with the goal of continuing to grow the business aggressively. Last week, The Red Flag Group announced year-on-year growth of over 140 percent.
Based in The Red Flag Group’s London office, McBride assumes responsibility for developing new services to meet the governance requirements of the firm’s Fortune 1000 client base.
A 25-year veteran of international media and finance, McBride has held senior posts at Thomson Financial, Wolters Kluwer and the Financial Times Group. Adrian also acted as the Chief Executive of a consultancy systems and service provider to global banking and investment management organisations and recently worked in private equity.
With a proven track record of international business development, Adrian has globally-acknowledged expertise in the commercial development of digital content delivery.
Founder and CEO of The Red Flag Group, Scott Lane, said, “I am delighted that Adrian has joined the firm and look forward to our business benefiting from his insight and strategic vision. His vast experience will be put to excellent use, helping us meet client demands for the highest quality compliance offer.”
“The Red Flag Group has proven itself an innovator and has developed an impressive set of solutions in the international compliance space. It is now strongly positioned in the market, with highly capable, visionary leadership and excellent prospects for future growth,” says McBride on his decision to join the team. “There’s plenty more to be done, as many multinationals have only just begun to get to grips with their compliance obligations.”
