Management change drives growth for European business law firm Miller Rosenfalck
European business law firm Miller Rosenfalck LLP has announced a change to their management structure to drive the firm’s focus on its core business sectors and its European cross border expertise.
Name partner Steen Rosenfalck moves from managing partner, a role he has held for 8 years, to senior partner with a brief to concentrate on strategic business development and to expand the firm’s Nordic desk. Stuart Miller moves from senior partner to take up the managing partner role, focused on executive management and operational issues. He will continue his development role as the relationship partner with the firm’s international legal network, Warwick Legal and the growth of the firm’s German practice.
The 6 partner firm will be managed by an executive board chaired by the managing partner with corporate partner Ian Baker, who holds the finance brief and head of employment Emmanuelle Ries, who is the HR partner.
Miller Rosenfalck is a European law firm with dual qualified lawyers advising in multiple jurisdictions and with a focus on the life sciences, energy & renewables, technology & media, restaurants and franchising sectors. The firm has just celebrated its 10th anniversary and enters the new financial year with a clear strategy for growth based on a firm financial performance in 2011/12 and recently announced the appointment of Hugh Barrett, a highly experienced real estate lawyer with a focus on major retail, who joins as a partner.
